Exploring collaborative problem-solving in AI-assisted robotics education
Prompt engineering (PE) involves creating, improving, and deploying prompts to improve large language model (LLM) performance. Despite its increasing importance, many students lack skills in this area. Although frameworks for prompt design and process exist, theory-based instructional tools for improving prompt engineering skills are uncommon for developing collaborative problem-solving (CPS) skills in Robotics Education. This study adopted a PE strategy in AI-assisted robotics education, particularly for develo…
A four-stage prompt engineering scaffold in AI-assisted robotics courses revealed distinct prompt engineering and collaborative problem-solving discourse patterns across ability groups of undergraduates.
The study used a non-randomised, criterion-group comparative design, so the abstract supports describing group differences in discourse patterns rather than causal effects of the scaffold.

How to verify without trusting this page
Fetch the canonical text of any version from /api/record/TRV-2026-1726 and hash it yourself — for example shasum -a 256 on the saved canonical field. The result must equal content_hash, and each version’s text ends with prev:followed by the prior version’s hash (version 1 chains to 64 zeros). If a single character of any version had been altered since certification, the chain would not reproduce.
