Expanded Longitudinal Validation of Adaptive Learning Stability in AI-Assisted Neurosurgical Residency Training
Objective: To evaluate the longitudinal stability, reproducibility, and robustness of Adaptive Learning Stability (ALS) within an expanded AI-assisted neurosurgical residency cohort during a 12-month observation cycle. Design: This was a prospective controlled educational study. Residents completed 4 consecutive quarterly checkpoints integrating cognitive, technical, and decision-making assessments over 12 months. The RCKaS-AI framework incorporated predictive analytics, individualized adaptive remediation, and…
Residents in the AI-enhanced RCKaS-AI cohort reached entrustment level 4 about 12 weeks earlier than controls and showed higher scores, less variability, fewer remediation sessions and lower faculty workload.
The authors state that further multicenter validation is needed to establish whether results hold across broader residency environments; the study covered only two programs in one country.

How to verify without trusting this page
Fetch the canonical text of any version from /api/record/TRV-2026-1668 and hash it yourself — for example shasum -a 256 on the saved canonical field. The result must equal content_hash, and each version’s text ends with prev:followed by the prior version’s hash (version 1 chains to 64 zeros). If a single character of any version had been altered since certification, the chain would not reproduce.
